Singapore

Think of it as Central Park…in Singapore. MacRitchie is a rainforest with lakes, monkeys, monitor lizards, and snakes, all of which we had the pleasure of meeting on our 8 mile hike though the heart of the park. The humidity was almost unbearable, but I was pleasantly distracted by the beauty of my surroundings. I have never seen so much green in my entire life! The 8 mile round-trip hike reaches its climax with a tree-top bridge that allows you to see for miles in every direction. And monkeys…did I mention monkeys?
