Zion National Park, Utah

On the way to hike the Narrows in Zion, we walked along a large stream that had so many opportunities for beautiful pictures that I had a difficult time choosing which one to shoot! But that’s the way photography goes…you only have so much sunlight, so much time until the light changes. And so we picked this rock, with the water flowing by it on either side, it’s presence forcing the water to pick a side only to be reunited after passing by.

Thank you! This was one of the first times I had experimented with slow shutter speed and I love the effect on water!

I have always loved these shots! You did an amazing job. Hopefully, we’ll get some masterpieces in Prescott this week. 🙂
